Favorite thing about Scripps: I love how curious our students are about the world around them. This curiosity isn’t just reflected in the diverse classes they take or the new clubs and activities they explore outside their comfort zones鈥攊t also comes up in the conversations they have with people who hold different perspectives. Why a women’s college: I wanted to be join a college with a mission centered on empowerment and diverse experiences. A women鈥檚 college offers a safe space where students feel heard and fosters thoughtful conversations about how different parts of our identities shape our unique lived experiences. It allows us to cultivate empathy, critical understanding, and equips us with the tools to empower both ourselves and each other.
