| Professor Barcenas-Mooradian鈥檚 Advanced-Seminar class 鈥淐ultural Competence in the Health Professions鈥� received a Mellon Interdisciplinary Humanities Initiative award for the integration of a community engaged pedagogy working with local organizations, including the Pomona Economic Opportunity Center and the Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center.
